INTEGRAL AQUACULTURE SYSTEMS. 2 years ago, we were the FIRST ONES in raising Pacific White Shrimp in the Mountains of Monterrey, México. As a result, the FIRST Multimillion MOST Technologically Advanced commercial Shrimp RAS is under construction!!!


Now, I am taking the challenge to be the FIRST ONE in Breeding Pacific White Shrimp in the Mountains of Monterrey, México. The initial stages in FULLY ARTIFICIAL Salt Water were successful!


We are truly making history not only in México but in the Americas!

After 18 months wprking on the desing and developing of what it is the mosth technologically avanced Super-Intensive Shrimp Closed RAS on the wesrten wordl, we at #IntegralAquacutureSystems, want to thank the perfect synergy created with #BloomAqua and #BenchmarkShrimpGenetics on the engineering and shrimp genetics. Jorge Lango, Director of INTEGRAL AQUACULTURE SERVICES was hired as a Production Manager of Shrimp Improvement systems to lead the commercial production of white shrimp postlarvae and improved genetic lines of shrimp breeders.

For almost 4 years, Jorge managed and supervised all the commercial production activities at the commercial shrimp farm in Islamorada, Florida.

Jorge developed all the operational procedures for the commercial production of shrimp postlarvae, shrimp juveniles and shrimp breeders under his unique BIOFLOC Technology, Limited Discharge Aquaculture Systems (LDAS) and organically farmed protocols.

 

Under Jorge's lead, SIS reached historical yieldings in ALL the main shrimp farming production indicators.

Jorge Lango, Director of INTEGRAL AQUACULTURE SERVICES was one of the speakers at the Workshop in the Commercial Intensive production of Tilapia and Shrimp using Taeration Technology.

 

The workshop was a tremendous success...with more than 30 participants from different provinces in Venezuela who were very participative and enthusiastic about the implementation of IAS-Unique Management in their systems in the short term.



IAS is starting now a complete program in South America designing, constructing, calibrating and managing it´s unique management system using the exclusive IAS-TAERATION-RAS apporach to grow tilapia commercially.

CENTRAL AMERICAN FISHERIES - Tilapia

Managua, NICARAGUA. October, 2012

 

Integral Aquaculture Services finally finished the installation of the new TAERATION system in a super intensive commercial closed RAS for the production of tilapia using the Biofloc Technology (BFT).



Jorge Lango, President at IAS, personally installed, tested and calibrated the system that is currently up and running.



Production projecting yieldings are 32 Kg/m3 of 700 gr tilapia @ 1.6 FCR.



NO AERATION BLOWERS NEED IT ANYMORE! NO AIRLIFTS, NO AIR DIFUSSING HOSE...JUST THE TAERATION SYSTEM.


 

ECO-FARMING - Shrimp.

Venice, ITALY. September, 2012

 

Integral Aquaculture Services will start providing Consulting services to Italian ECO-Farming, the most recent closed super intensive shrimp RAS.

Jorge Lango, IAS-Director will be in Venice, Italy from September 16th to September 30th for the first 2-week consulting visit to the current farm operations.

The commercial system will have a yielding of 7 kg/m3 of 20 gr shrimp and above with a 1.4 FCR and 1.7 gr/wk GR.

 

RAPCO - Tilapia.
Guadalajara, MEXICO. July, 2012

Jorge Lango, Director at IAS, was invited as speaker during the RAPCO-Fish course that was held in Guadalajara, México from July 23rd to 26th. 

Jorge gave 4 conferences on commercial production of tilapia in closed RAS using BFT.



RAPCO-Fish is organized by the American Soybean Association (ASA) and the United Soybean Board (USB).



Other topics were on fish packing & processing, commercialization & marketing, feeds & nutrition and fish BAP´s.
